Sacramental Records
The mission of our Faith Formation Office is to offer educational and formational opportunities to all members of our parish. They enable people to grow stronger in their relationship with Christ and develop a greater understanding of the teachings of the Catholic Church. Faith Formation is available for all ages, and they are always looking for volunteers to serve as catechists.

Sacrament of Confirmation (High School)
OCIA for adults 17 & Up
Summer Vacation Bible School for Children k-5th grade
REGISTRATION BEGINS APRIL 2026
The Faith Formation Program has a fee to help defray the costs of the program (books, supplies, utilities).
The fees are:
Baptism Form
First Communion I & II
* Cost per student - $40.00
Confirmation I & II
* Cost per student - $40.00
