PRAYER FOR DISCERNMENT

Father, we worship You and thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus, in order to rescue us from futility and to restore all things. We know you have a marvelous plan for our lives, desire us to know it, and to actively cooperate with your most lovable and Divine Will.

We believe that Jesus is reigning at Your right hand even now, interceding for us until He returns to make all things new. We thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit, who desires to reveal Your plans for us even as He did in the countless heroes of the faith.

Holy Spirit, through the intercession of Mary, the mother of Jesus and the mother of us all, we ask You to graciously give us the wisdom to discern what You are asking of us and the courage to do it. All of this we ask through Christ our Lord. Amen.

PLEASE HOLD IN PRAYER OUR BUILDING LEADERSHIP TEAM: Betty Fehner, Dolores Rodriguez, Lance Benes, Mario Moreno, Humberto Rivas, Felipe Leon, Agnes Darilek, Beatriz Segura, Lena Hernandez, Mary Esther Camarillo, Abel Ascencio, Deacon Terry Brennan, Deacon Alfonso Moreno, Deacon John Klapuch, Father Jason Martini

Our Mission

The St. James, Sacred Heart and St. Patrick communities - blessed with the love of the Father, through faith in Jesus Christ and with guidance from the Holy Spirit - will work together to form the united Catholic and apostolic Church committed to hospitality, stewardship and fellowship among diverse parishioners through religious education and a dedication to believing, living and sharing the word of God.

Our Symbol

Three circles come together, representing the three churches of our community. Overlapping but not completely overlaid means that even in our unity, we respect the individuality of each church and each person. Our Lord’s Cross is the core of our bond.

We are a Catholic Community blessed with great diversity - different cultures, languages, customs and ways of praying - held together by the love of God.
